I have always been a big fan of planning ahead for both of these roadblocks. By prepping my protein and having at the ready each week I am much more likely to reach my intake goals. The same is true for a sweet, but healthy, treat. We know that the hunkerin gfor a little something sweet is going to happen sso when we are prepared we set ourselves up for success.
This protein powder recipe for Peanut Butter Protein Chia Pudding recipe hits both of these categories!
It is super simple to make and several can be made at one time with no extra work.
Ingredients:
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
2 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter
2 tsps Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Chocolate Whey Protein PowderUse code MISSI15 for 15% off at discount
1 Banana (sliced)
Directions:
Blend/mix the milk and protein powder until powder is dissolved. Add the milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup to a jar and shake well until the peanut butter has been incorporated with the milk. Add the chia seeds and shake again to combine.
Refrigerate for at least three hours or until chilled.
To serve, divide the chia pudding between bowls and top with the sliced banana. Enjoy!
