If you’ve ever wished a Twix bar could magically become high in protein, low in sugar, and made from clean ingredients — this is your dream come true.
These no-bake caramel protein bars have all the gooey, chocolatey, sweet satisfaction of a candy bar… but they’re made with real-food ingredients like oat flour, almond butter, Medjool dates, and dark chocolate. 🙌
They’re:

Packed with protein

Tools To Make It Easy!
You might think about blenders as a smoothie only tool but you can for sure use it to grind up other things... like oats to make the oat flour in this recipe!
I LOVE these pans... not only are they rust proof but they are really pretty! So far, mine always look brand new!
Always neeed a new quality mixing spoon!
These bowls are the same brand as the bread pans that I love... so pretty and durable!... The lids are a must!
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, almond butter, and maple syrup. Gradually add almond milk until a dough forms. Press into the bottom of the loaf pan and chill in the fridge.
Step 3: Blend soaked dates, almond butter, vanilla, salt, and water until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the base. Freeze for 30–40 minutes until firm.
Step 4: Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil in a small saucepan or microwave. Pour over caramel layer and spread evenly with an offset spatula.
Step 5: Freeze the Twix bars again until the chocolate is set. Slice into 10 bars and store in the fridge or freezer.
